Our commitment
CheckSuite is committed to making SplitCheck accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continually work to improve the accessibility of our product.
What we've done
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility across SplitCheck:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the application
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigability for all core dashboard functions
- Descriptive labels and ARIA attributes on form inputs
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
- No content that flashes or blinks in ways known to cause seizures
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the product are still being improved. We are actively working on:
- Full screen reader compatibility across all dashboard panels
- Enhanced focus indicators in complex interactive components
- Improved accessibility of data visualisation elements
Privacy mode and accessibility
SplitCheck's Privacy mode (cookieless tracking) uses URL parameters rather than cookies to assign test variants. This approach is compatible with browser accessibility tools and assistive technologies, and does not rely on JavaScript for variant assignment.
Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of SplitCheck. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Contact form: splitcheck.io/contact
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
Technical standards
SplitCheck is built using Next.js and React, and is tested across modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We test with keyboard navigation and screen reader software as part of our ongoing development process.
